There are two deep potholes in the road just before the entrance to Cascade Pointe Ln on Weston Pkwy

Three of the street lights on the exit ramp have been out for many weeks.

There is significant damage to Chapel Hill Road in this spot, most likely a result of construction vehicles working on nearby sites. The broken pavement is serious enough so that people will swerve to avoid it. If a driver does not swerve, it could potentially cause vehicle damage.

The street light at the intersection of Clark and Oberlin, next to Capital Bank, has been out for a number of weeks. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get close enough to read the pole number.

The two street lights in front of 14 W Martin do not turn on and stay on consistently after dark.

Yeah bin is overflowing. May be an issue of the trash bin opening size not large enough for pizza boxes. Perhaps consider trash bin size modification or more frequent pickup? Require pizza restaurant to provide additional outdoor trash receptacles that can hold their boxes?

There is a broken vacuum cleaner and debris in the entrance ramp to I-40 West at Airport Blvd.

This location has had multiple piles of dead branches on the street for many months which have not yet been removed.
