Last Wednesday evening (June 28) someone left this large recycling tote in the tree well in front of 21 Sciarappa. This is a large residential cart, which makes it pretty odd for someone to abandon it here. I already spoke to the neighbors and it nobody's missing a bin.

Could the city come and pick it up?
