Clearly there need to be more readers for the city to read, acknowledge and forward to appropriate department and personnel when its been over 3 months with no response. Maybe by 2021 the sign is replaced...im starting to loose faith in this system.....
Thanks for flagging this issue. The sign was removed around the time reported - it had been damaged by a falling tree limb. We are working on efforts to be more responsive but do not have staff in place to close the loop on many reported issues when work is completed and as a city are working on ways to be more responsive without adding additional staff. Please note, not all field staff has cell access.
Replacement is on our long term projects list but each sign runs a few thousand dollars.
We are trying to delineate issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to 2023 are being closed. If your issue remains and needs to be addressed by the city, please either re-open or open as a new See Click Fix issue. Thank you.
